TRAVMap

A module for detecting psedotemporal gene module.

TRAVMap.getTrajExpression(data[, ...])	Get pseudotemporal expression profiles from trajectories.
TRAVMap.find_gene_module(mdata[, varGene, ...])	Identified pseudotemporal gene modules using Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) factorization.
TRAVMap.plotGeneModule(mdata, sample, factor)	Plot the gene expression heatmap of the top genes within the selected gene module for the chosen sample.
